Located in Montgomery County just off Highway 105. We are located between the cities of Conroe and Montgomery in the Lake Conroe area. This versatile location has easy access to numerous shopping districts. Conroe to the east with any amenity imagined and Montgomery to the west with its quaint shops, restaurants and wine tasting.
Lake Conroe is literally a “stone’s throw” away. Lake Conroe offers water sports, recreation activities and great fishing. There are many restaurants where you can enjoy beautiful lake views and fine food.
For the golf enthusiast, you can find “open to the public” and courses requiring membership, all within a quick driving distance. Practice facilities, pro shops and even golf cart sales can also be found scattered throughout the area.
About the POA
Tejas Creek Property Owners Association (POA) is a Texas non-profit corporation and was incorporated in March of 2000.
The POA is made up of Tejas Creek property owners. It is managed by an elected Board of Directors, all Tejas Creek residents. The Board’s responsibility is to maintain the beauty of our community by keeping the common areas and community assets in the best possible condition. The Board is also responsible for the enforcement of compliance with all of the corporations Governing Documents including Deed Restrictions, Covenants, Rules and Architectural Control guidelines.
The mission of the POA is to serve the needs of Tejas Creek regarding issues of safety, integrity and landscaping maintenance. It is our goal to further the enhancement and improvement of the neighborhood while fostering a true sense of community.
All property owners in Tejas Creek are voting members of the POA.
