ACC Application & Fee Schedule
All exterior modifications or improvements to your home or property requires an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval. You are required to submit the following forms:
**As of the October 8, 2020 meeting, the $50 application fee was dropped to $25. Large improvements will still be at $100.** (Please note there is an additional $25 administrative processing fee for all ACC applications).
This application explains the fees for new construction, large improvements, small structural improvements, and painting. It also explains violation fines per occurrence.
B. Building/Improvement Application with all necessary information and documentation One (1) Building/Improvement Application is required along with a copy of your survey showing the improvement(s) drawn to scale and any samples of colors or materials per project.
